This is a blog post I’ve wanted to write for a while.
Everyone is busy, but what can make life even more hectic is if you are distracted by others who don’t value your limited time…
I don’t even know where to start on this. It happens so often.
But often people come to me not knowing how unclear their call , text, email is. Sometimes it’s laziness on their end and sometimes they just don’t know how to go about researching, or it’s a game to them!!!
I quickly identify the non serious time wasters and put them under a unique contact!!
My inside voice ” I just did not fall off a turnip truck!!!” ( Ha , Ha)
A big Thank you to all my wonderful non Time Wasters!!!!
Have a great day friends!!!
Welcome to My Loving Simple Living!
Being authentic in life is something I am learning and trying to practice on my blog. It is so easy for me to hide behind fear, and what I want other people to think of me, but I don’t want that to be my life. I struggle, but am excited about learning.
If I can say anything from what I have learned over the past few years it is this – Live your own life! Don’t let anything get in the way – fear, insecurities, expectations, doubt, habits, regrets, or anything else. Don’t live my life. Don’t live any one else’s life you admire. Take time to figure out who you are and what makes you tick – what makes you happy and what you can give to the world.
Don’t worry about simplifying anything unless you have something that is getting in the way of what you want your life to look like.
If money, material things, schedule, negative emotions, Facebook, or anything else is in the way – move it out of the way. It is so worth it.
There are lots of great things in life but most of us can’t have them all. We need to choose which ones are the most important to us at each phase in our life.
Remove the ‘junk’ that is standing between you and living the full life you were made for. You won’t regret it
My special friend – thank you so much for this very precious gift – Wind chimes – which I shall very much enjoy …
“This set of chimes sounds so lovely. It is like having cathedral bells ringing softly all the time.”
I placed them on the balcony – where I can hear them from my couch, as i am writing..
They have a great sound to them and are so relaxing to listen to. In fact I wish I had more wind so I could listen to them even more.
Life is beautiful!!!!
I butted up against jealousy this week, and it has made me sad, not just for myself but for the other person/s involved. I am open and honest in my adds/blogs-the good, the bad, the ugly. I always have been. I always will be. I have absolutely nothing to be ashamed of, and I’m always willing to lend a hand to someone who’s struggling.
Apparently my business is offensive to someone, and that makes me sad – for you. I can’t imagine why in the world anyone would waste their precious time or energy begrudging someone else’s happiness or success. Of course I can only speculate as to the whys of this situation because the person in question has never actually spoken directly to me about it. He/ She has only spoken to me in an email, which again has me asking why does she/he care so much about me?
But then again, I don’t have a jealous bone in my body so I have a very hard time understanding stuff like this.
If you’re not happy with your life or your career or your self, do something to fix it. But keep your jealousy locked down. The only person you’re hurting with that negativity is you. The rest of us? We’re too busy working, lusting and celebrating our success to let it touch us.
Happy Monday! I hope that you had an amazing weekend and were able to catch up on life with family and friends. Get started with your day and remember that as you go through your day to be yourself just a little more.
I am not saying go crazy…..
I am saying be professional, respectable but let yourself shine a light & let people see who you really are.
Let’s attack those Monday blues and get things rolling. Start by doing listing the things that you want to get done – be realistic, optimistic and list them in the order you think they need to be done. Don’t get upset if one seems to switch priority or get delegated to someone else. But make the best of your day, your week.
Be amazing! You’re amazing!
I’ve been a little swamped today, so apologizes for the short blog!!!!
It’s a great weekend to enjoy milder-than-normal temperatures.
I’m looking forward to the weekend ~ I get to spend part of it playing with a couple friends. I hope you get to do something fun this weekend!
Have a great weekend and enjoy the warm weather.
I woke up at 8 a.m. this morning to the sound of silence. An absolute still household, and while I love my friends to death, this time of tranquility is one of absolute bliss for me.
I enjoyed my coffee, read a bit, got some writing done.
Then I headed out for an early morning 9 a.m. run in pure silence, without an iPod, busy traffic, or the busyness of humanity to disturb my peace. There was a hush of the nearby lake, and brightness surrounding me, my running, and my thoughts.
This time of quietude is not only one of my favorite parts of my day, but has become an essential part of the day. It soothes the soul, quiets my inner beast, brings out the goodness in me, allows me to hear myself.
Having a time of stillness in your life can be similarly wonderful, if you don’t have it already.
Have a great day!!!!!

Families: as imperfect as they are, they teach us about caring and attachment, boundaries and expectations. Families can be our biggest supporters . . . or they can drive us crazy. Good or bad, they have a huge impact on the people we become.
Weather you’re at work or you have the day off, weather you’re far from home or surrounded by family, I hope you at least get to enjoy some special time with the ones you love be it family or friends who are so dear, they feel like family.
Wishing everyone a Happy and Healthy President’s Day!!!!
Wishing everyone a Happy Family Day!!!!
