Happy New Year!!!!!

One more year loaded with sweet recollections and cheerful times has passed. You have made my year exceptionally uncommon, and I wish this continuous forever. With you guys around, each minute is a unique event for me. I wish you to have a year as incredible as you are.

I’m so excited to make new plans and new memories with you. Let’s make this year as good as the last one.

Goodbye 2017

new year

Another year approaching us soon. I had an amzing year.   It is bittersweet to say goodbye to 2017 – to all those things we wanted to do and didn’t have time – all those resolutions that will have to wait another year. Not to mention, getting one year older.

But then, there’s the excitement of a new year starting.   New opportunities, a promise of good things to come, a new beginning.

With a few close friends and loved ones, opening ourselves to the possibilities that this New Year will bring feels like the right thing to do. And without skipping the champagne at midnight, I can safely say that this coming year will be one like no other.

Wishing you a wonderful, creative end of the year, and an even more wonderful new beginning.

Happy Boxing Day…..

I hope you had a beautiful Christmas!!!!!

Boxing Day is the occasion where one can sit and relax and reflect upon the festivities of the previous day. Hope you have a reason to smile!!!

I hope you’re happy, I hope you’re smiling, I hope you’re laughing-harder than you did last year, louder than you ever have. Because you deserve to be. Happy Boxing Day.

Merry Christmas!!!

I could not let such a special occasion go by without sending you my greetings and best wishes for you to have a Merry Christmas Eve !

This is the best night of the year because it is almost Christmas”Merry Christmas Eve.”

During Christmas, we usually get carried away by all Christmas commercials and we think that the most important thing is to give gifts to our loved ones, when living special moments with them is the best gift we can give them. “Merry Christmas.”

Let it snow…..

Welcome! I’m so glad you are here!

Lights, jingles, snow, movies, and Santa. Christmas is coming soon and I really love this time of the year. Everything about this time is perfect, from the excitement about presents, letters to Santa – this time is really a magical time of the year.

Christmas time is about giving. Giving to those you love, and giving to those in need. Whether it’s gifts, goods, or experiences, this is the time of year to show the people around you how much you truly care, and love them through an exchange of excitement, laughter, and joy..

I hope you are enjoying the snow!  I am loving it!!

What other people think!!!!

I love a quote and one of my all-time favorites is one by Regina Brett and it goes like this…“What other people think of you is none of your business”.

For the people I love I would do anything. Go to the ends of the earth and back again and ask for nothing in return. I’m a deeply loyal and loving person when it comes to the people who matter to me, I’m a good person with a good heart but I refuse to waste any energy thinking about or agonizing over people who do not matter to me, if you don’t like me then I really don’t care and I make no apology for that.

When you let go of the need to please people you become true to yourself. Constantly changing to please is an exhausting and pointless exercise that will leave you feeling empty and unfulfilled. If someone doesn’t like the true authentic you – then that is their loss and you simply don’t need that type of negativity in your life. Without the pressure to please you will become candid, honest and fearless and more importantly you will become the real you…

When it always becomes one sided in a friendship – it is time to move on….

Have a wonderful day – T’is the season to be kind to you!!!!!

Right or Wrong!!!!!

There is no right or wrong way to spend Christmas. After all, its just 24 hours. It will be over in a week – and all the focus will be on the Boxing Day sales. In a  week and a bit you can start to concern yourself with all the “new year, new you” pressure to look forward to !!

Think – without the holidays there would be no pause from our busy lives. Every year would be just like a long journey without stops. I use the quiet time to daydream. I dream about happy childhood moments – snow, my belief in Santa, playing scrabble with family.  Re-living memories is like re-entering a lovely dream. Writing this even transports me right back to that sweet litlle child.

It was around that time that I finally understood. It’s the spirit that counts – the love and the gratitude that we feel towards the people in our life – no matter where they are. Neither of these things revolves around a date. The day itself is just a reminder to enjoy them. Christmas is not the turkey, the guests, the tree. Christmas is internal. We can carry it anywhere we go and it can be celebrated every day of the year.

Help Santa wrote to me….Naughty list again!!!

Dear Stephanie.

I am checking my lists and checking them twice and, yes, there you are on my Naughty List. Uh-oh! How is it that a 40ish year old women like you hasn’t figured out how to get on my Good List and stay there? Do you realize that your ratio of naughty to nice and behaviors over the last year was 4 to 1? Yikes! Not to mention that you have neglected to leave me cookies for several years now. And, do you think I haven’t noticed that your in your bedroom alot??

What is the world coming to believe such a women as you is so naughty in the bedroom? ?

We need to do something, Stephanie to turn this situation around. First of all you need to get better about naughtiness .  It’s time to make a change! Get your cuddliers to help you out with that and hold you accountable. Second, remember the niceness need to outweigh the naughtiness !!

Well, do your best to make these changes and I’ll do something about  your Naughty List status, if not for this year perhaps for next.

Have a Merry Christmas.

Winter Wonderland!!!

Baby, it’s cold I’m staying warm, friends, Wishing you all a magical winter!.

I haven’t experienced this snowy winter in a long, long time. I’m pretty excited tho, I’d say.

Of course, outfit wise it can get a bit boring, but at this point I really couldn’t bother about dressing up so this weather really helps me to stay casual.

We have been so lucky with the snow so far this winter. It’s a winter  outside .- this morning in Barrie. I love when I see all the snow outside it makes me feel good.

Let it snow let it snow!!!

I have a Confession…..

Well my loves, today was absolutely fantastic with Skylarr Black here with me.  We were fully booked and would like to thank all of you who visited us.

Dec. has been a very busy month with appointments!!  This weekend I am in Mississauga and next week I go back to Barrie, those boys are very naughty up north!!

When things get hectic and the holiday stress level hits an all time high, we can take a bit of time to be still and reflect on what this time of the year is really all about.  (That is what I am doing tonight) That is the message that can carry us through for the rest of the year 🙂

Christmas can carry through to the New Year. By that time, everyone will be wanting spring to begin.  But I hope you’ll keep a little bit of Christmas with you and pull it out when things get tough.  And we sure don’t have to wait 364 days to find that. Enjoy your Christmas season. I hope you get lots of cuddles!!!!
