Bisexual, yes I am!!!!

SONY DSC

I am attracted to a woman’s scent, sharp and clean and sweet after she comes out from the shower. I am attracted to women’s softness and delicacy and their easy friendships. I am attracted to men’s personality and hands because they offer such a contrast to my own, their (perceived or otherwise) strength and the teasing, come-hither, one-step-ahead-two-steps-back banter. If you’re sweet, I will cuddle with you.

Do I prefer one sex to the other? Usually I’m in a free-floating,  state of attraction to respectful members of both, so no. Sometimes I go through brief periods  when I am very intensely attracted to women and then with a man . Other times I love the idea of two women and 1 man. – and vice versa.  I wonder if it correlates with my hormonal cycle?

Do I “get with” more members of a particular sex? Yes. It’s much easier playing straight than bisexual , even today. It’s more “normal” and thus offers more opportunities on the ground.

How do you automatically switch off attraction if a person doesn’t have the right genitalia? It’s not just the genitals I’m attracted to after all, it’s the personality, the expressions, the body, the touch, the brains….xo

Fantasies!!!

A sex life filled with imagination is a better one.

You know how important passion is in your life. But did you know how important fantasies are in having a happy encounter?

Being able to communicate your desires to your partner, keep things new, and add imagination to sex will do wonders for you  – both in the bedroom and in life.

And you’re not alone. About 95 percent of people report that they’ve had sex fantasies.  Men, however, fantasize more frequently about sexcapades involving ‘being promiscuous,’ ‘being a swinger,’ and ‘participating in an orgy.'”

But don’t let these preferences hold you back; there are tons of fantasies to try with your friend. Share your desires, experiment, and discover out what works best for you .

What fantasies can i help you with??

In bed!!!

I love to have a cuddle buddy. I’d wrap my arms around you, press my body real close to yours, and tangle our legs together. I’d plant gentle kisses on your shoulders and neck, because I’m a very affectionate person like that. I just want to be sweet, cute, and warm with someone.

In my bed I will lie next to you…My body breathing, inhaling life so soft and tenderly. My arms wrapped around you now.  My head softly laying on your chest.  My long hair so soft to touch laying calmly at rest. Our bodies feel heavenly so beautiful and warm I marvel at this…

This fear of abandonment

pic12

I believe in healthy relationships.  I believe in sweet friendships.  I believe in supporting one another and depending upon each other in a non-sticky way.  We need each other’s love, care, and support in this complex, world.  And simply because we’re human.  As the Dalai Lama has said, “Love is not a luxury, it’s a necessity.”  Babies need love to thrive.  Why would humans be any different?

But I know everything changes as well.  The person you love one day may be unavailable or gone the next.  People move, they drop off the internet, they get involved in a different flow of life.  When the karma between you and another person finishes, the attraction or connection might dissolve in a flash.

Undoubtedly, this fear of abandonment will pop up again whenever the opportunity for a genuine friendship, caring partnership, or loving relationship appears.  But I have my simple, single anti-abandonment strategy, the only one I’ll ever need.  I put my hands over my heart and whisper sweetly to myself:  “I will never abandon you.  I will never abandon you.”

People may come and go in my life, but I will never abandon myself.

I’m still here!!!

Little over a week later and I’m still here. Things have been rather hectic since my last update.

Like seriously busy. Hence why this little blog space of mine has been a little neglected lately!

The weather has been glorious lately – i have been spending time outdoors, running, walking, people watching!!!

This Timmins tour is happening in just 2 weeks!  I know, I can’t quite believe it is so close either.

So that’s what’s been happening in the Stephanie world lately. I’m hoping to write some more before I go to Timmins, but if not you know where I am……..

Have great day friends!!!!

Life!!!!

window c

As we grow up, we learn that even the one person that wasn’t supposed to ever let you down probably did!

You will have your heart broken probably more than once and it’s harder every time.

You’ll break hearts too, so remember how it felt when yours was broken.

You’ll fight with your best friend.

You’ll blame a new love for things an old one did.

You’ll cry because time is passing too fast, and you’ll eventually lose someone you love.

So take too many pictures, laugh too much, and love like you’ve never been hurt because every sixty seconds you spend upset is a minute of happiness you’ll never get back.

Don’t be afraid that your life will end, be afraid that it will never begin.

Change……

When people are unhappy, it’s much more difficult to be around them, let alone work with them. Unhappiness drives people away, creating a vicious cycle that holds you back from achieving everything that you’re capable of.

Bad things happen to everybody. The difference is that happy people see them for what they are – a temporary bummer – where as unhappy people see anything negative as further evidence that life is out to get them. A happy person is upset if they have a fender bender on the way to work, but they keep things in perspective: “What a hassle, but at least it wasn’t more serious.” An unhappy person, on the other hand, uses it as proof that the day, the week, the month, maybe even their whole life, is doomed.

Changing your habits to greater happiness is one of the best things that you can do for yourself. But it’s also important for another reason – taking control of your happiness makes everyone around you happier too.

Home again..

Merci beaucoup ! A heartfelt thank you for your many kindnesses; for all the wonderful  visits and excursions where  I met interesting warm people and saw different parts of Ottawa.

My days were filled with treats for the mind, body and soul from morning to night. I’ve never experienced anything like this before but found that I quickly adapted to life like this!  You guys in Ottawa are very special and I admire you tremendously.

Lastly, I’ve really enjoyed brushing up on my French in such a beautiful environment!!!

Thank you so much for your generosity and kindness.

Hugs and kisses,

Stephanie xo
